Pocket Guitar ("the App") is designed with your privacy in mind.

No Data Collection

Pocket Guitar is a fully offline application. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data or usage information. The App does not:

• Require account creation or sign-in
• Access the internet or transmit data to any server
• Collect analytics, usage statistics, or crash reports
• Use third-party tracking or advertising SDKs
• Access your contacts, location, camera, microphone, or other personal information (unless a specific feature explicitly requires it, in which case this policy will be updated accordingly)

Data Storage

Any data related to your use of the App (such as settings or preferences) is stored locally on your device only. It is never transmitted elsewhere and is deleted if you uninstall the App.

Children's Privacy

Since the App does not collect any data, it is safe for use by children and complies with applicable children's privacy laws (e.g., COPPA).

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes in the future (for example, if a new feature requires data collection), we will update this document and, where required, notify users via an App Store update.
