Duck's Trip Privacy Policy

Duck's Trip ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") is a casual mobile game published by Soul Reload. This policy explains what information is processed when you use the App, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.
Information Processed by the App
The App does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or payment information. Your best distance and gameplay settings are stored locally on your device.
The App connects to the internet for advertising, Apple Game Center, and links that you choose to open. The following third-party services may process information:
Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform
The App uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display a Banner advertisement on the game-over screen and Google's User Messaging Platform ("UMP") to present advertising privacy choices where required.
Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and Google's service operation, Google may process:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate a coarse location;
- device identifiers, including app- or developer-bounded identifiers;
- advertising data, such as ads shown and ad interactions;
- product interaction data, such as app launches, taps, and views;
- crash logs, diagnostics, performance, and network information; and
- consent and privacy-choice signals.
We configure every ad request as non-personalized, limit ad content to Google's G rating, and disable the Google publisher first-party identifier. We do not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission and do not request access to the IDFA. Non-personalized and limited ads may still use contextual information, coarse location derived from an IP address, and limited device storage for delivery, frequency control, reporting, security, and fraud prevention where permitted by law.
In regions where advertising consent is legally required, the App uses UMP to request and store your choices before advertising is initialized. You may later reopen Google's privacy options from About > Ad Choices when that option is required and available. If the consent status cannot be established, the App does not load an advertisement.

Apple Game Center
If you use Game Center features, Apple may process your Game Center profile, authentication status, leaderboard scores, and related service information. Game Center is operated by Apple under the Apple Privacy Policy. The App submits only the score needed for its leaderboard and does not receive your Apple Account credentials.
Purposes of Processing
Information is processed to:
- provide contextual, non-personalized, or legally permitted limited advertising;
- record ad delivery and aggregate performance;
- prevent invalid traffic, fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- diagnose crashes and improve service reliability;
- provide Game Center authentication and leaderboards; and
- remember and apply your advertising privacy choices.
Where applicable, processing is based on your consent, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the App, or the performance of services you request. UMP consent choices apply independently from general acceptance of this privacy policy.
Sharing and Retention
We do not sell information that we directly collect from you. Information described above may be transmitted to Google, Apple, their processors, and eligible advertising partners as necessary to provide their services. These providers determine their own retention periods under their policies and legal obligations. Locally stored game progress remains on your device until you remove the App or clear its data.
Children
The App is intended for a general audience and is not designed as a child-directed service. We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children. Parents or guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information through the App may contact us using the details below.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information, or to withdraw consent. Use About > Ad Choices when available to review advertising choices. You may also use Apple's and Google's privacy controls, disable Game Center in iOS Settings, or remove the App and its locally stored data.

Security, International Transfers, and Changes
We and our service providers use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to the safeguards described by the applicable provider. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We may update this policy when the App, service providers, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted at the privacy policy URL with a revised effective date.
